Answer: FIRE

The correct solution pops "A", pushed the E to the right, then pushes the F right and up, the I up, right, up, and the R left, up, right, up. The remaining E and S in the 5th row don't need to be touched. Then the triangle can be pushed down, right, up. The letters on the right side of the solution spell FIRE.

Author’s Notes

This is inspired by Raiders of Maraqua from Neopets. I played this game a couple times as a kid and maybe this is where I first learned about the Sokoban genre? I remember trying to get the achievement for it over 15 (!!) years ago and failing. I replayed it earlier the day I wrote the puzzle for the achievement. Surely I'm a better---or more patient---gamer now. In the game, there are also enemies moving in real-time so it isn't entirely a Sokoban. I realized I needed a guide to help me optimally and quickly solve some of the later levels, especially before too many enemies appeared.
