This is like a cryptic clue. The definition is cat and the wordplay is all stuffed in the function body. Permute implies anagram, a, b, c are ignored and so we anagram the rest. Who cares what asin actually does.

I’ve been thinking for a while about how cryptics are so artificial and filled with convention. If people didn't know about them, would they still be able to solve them? So this python program has a surface reading based on torch functions. The original answer was going to be blue (something like a relu[1:] + b) but after some iteration blue russian was much better since it’s also a cat, which is another function.
